More exterior Paint, Power Meter box mounted, and more fans

 Electrical meter box got mounted today--now we can paint to match the house.

 Painting continued today around the whole house for the base color.

 Maddies tub and plumbing all ready to go now. 

 Panasonic bath fan--nice and quiet plus powerful with the squirrel cage design

 You can see the radiant floor heating on the ceiling for the bath room floors above

Lots of ladders!  One side of the house the 40 foot ladder was needed. 

Pine Pollin, Exterior Paint starts

 MMMMM....pine pollin is in season!

 Started painting today--lots to do with angles and trim work, but the spraying makes it quick. 

 still working on brush removal too.

 You can see the mitigation work I have done--much better now and plenty of firewood! 

 Front porch is also finally trimmed out and ready for paint

And, the main panel is almost wired up.

 Added the rear porch plates on also--we will have a small deck and then stone patio off of that. 

 Main panel went in the garage today.  Added some conduit for future pulls to garage attic.

 Garage switches and lights...plenty of them!
