More plumbing...and Stairs in the mine shaft!!!

Plumbing continues throughout the house...

 Checking out the basement plumbing

 And oh my, stairs!!!  They went in fast today

 The upper stairway with the windows--came out real nice. 

 Stairs are wide and nice big landings--should be great for flow and moving furniture

 Master bath area plumbing--sink drains and vents

 Upstairs 2nd bath sink drain and vent

 Now we can all go up and down with out climbing ladders and crawling in windows!

 Basement area--the tech stuff will go on the left by the blue ladder and Maddie will have a play house under neath. 

 Basement has these pipes which is where the basement bathroom will be. 

 More radiant floor heat pipe ready to install

Plumbing Starts!

 Len with AC plumbing came onsite today with his crew and started to drill holes for the plumbing

 Basement is getting some new walls to start framing in the mine shaft as we like to call it--stairwell.

 We had slab poured in the crawl space so we can have nice storage area without dirt.  Looks real nice.

 Nice to see the plumbing pipe in the garage--lots of radiant piping there too for the bathrooms

Slab finish product and Fireplace/chimney starts

 We roped off the garage doors to keep the curious public out from marking up the new concrete.

 Porch is coming out nice with the stain

 Stress fracture lines are now drawn into the basement slab

 Outside the framers left a spot to build out the chimney

 Chimney is boxed out and ready for pipe when the fireplace is actually installed

 Got an fork lift to reach the higher parts of the chimney to frame and side
