Speakers came in so we dropped them in last night so we can paint the grills to match. I had installed metal plates for the drywall so we cut the holes perfect for each speaker. Made install real fast and quick.
Family room surround speakers--they have an angle to them to project forward
A few in waiting upstairs for the bedrooms.
First strip the wires and connect.
Move flanges to the inside
Push the excess wire back in
Slide the speaker in the hole--some had to have the extra mud trimmed off with a knife
Make sure it is flush
Tighten screws..repeat
Look how quick! :)
